Rule Submittal Date

On April 28, 2022, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse in accordance with s. 227.15 (1), Stats.

Background

The proposed rules affect Chapters DHS 10, 38, 73, 92, 101, 105, 106, 107, 108, and 109, relating to telehealth.

Statement of Scope

The statement of scope for the rule, SS 061-20, was approved by the Governor on June 4, 2020, published in Register No. 774A2, on June 8, 2020. A preliminary public hearing was held on August 27, 2020, and the statement of scope was approved by the DHS Secretary on September 15, 2020.

Public Hearing

A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, following receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
