Notice of Preliminary Public Hearing and Comment Period for SS 080-22
The Wisconsin Department of Administration announces that, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 227.136(2), a preliminary public hearing and comment period will be held regarding a statement of scope for proposed rulemaking pertaining to Wis. Admin. Code Ch. Adm 21, relating to apprenticeship programs.

Members of the public who register will receive a confirmation e-mail with a Zoom link to the hearing. Registration will remain open throughout the event. Attendees will be able to join the Zoom meeting starting at 8:45 a.m.
Appearances at the Hearing and Submittal of Written Comments
The purpose of the hearing will be to hear comments on the proposed statement of scope from any member of the public who wishes to attend. Interested persons are invited to call into the hearing using the Zoom link they receive after registering, and will be afforded the opportunity to make a presentation of their position on the proposed rule orally if they wish. Questions or comments about the scope statement under consideration may be posed and will be duly recorded.
Alternately, written comments may be submitted without attending the hearing. Written comments may be sent to the Division of Legal Services, Department of Administration, P.O. Box 7864, Madison, WI 53707 or by email to DOARulesReview@Wisconsin.gov. The deadline for the submission of written comments is Dec. 6, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Written comments received by this date will be given the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing.
