Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On April 14, 2023, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters NR 10 and 45, relating to the 2023 wildlife management spring hearing rule.
Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 013-23 was approved by the Governor on January 26, 2023, published in Register No. 806A1 on February 6, 2023, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on February 22, 2023.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on May 17, 2023.
