Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On May 1, 2023, the Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects Chapters ETF 10, 20, 50, 52 and 60 and relates to technical updates to existing ETF rules, deleting obsolete language in ETF rules, and making other minor substantive changes. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 005-23, was approved by the Governor on December 15, 2022, published in Register No. 805A3, on January 17, 2023, and approved by ETF Secretary A. John Voelker on January 30, 2023. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 1:30 p.m.
