Notice of Deadline for Limited Scope Naturopathic Doctor License Applications

2021 Wisconsin Act 130 (Act) created regulatory oversight and licensing requirements for the practice of naturopathic medicine, including a Limited-Scope Naturopathic Doctor license. The Act, at ss. 466.04 (2) (c), Stats., provides that applicants for a Limited-Scope Naturopathic Doctor license must submit an application no later than the last day of the 12th month beginning after the date on which the board begins accepting applications, and mandates that the Department of Safety and Professional Services provide notice of the deadline for submitting a Limited-Scope Naturopathic Doctor license application to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the Wisconsin Administrative Register.

The Department of Safety and Professional Services, pursuant to s. 466.04 (2) (c), Stats., has determined that the deadline for submitting an application for a Limited-Scope Naturopathic Doctor license under s. 466.04 (2) (b) is February 28, 2025.
