AB722-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete lines 3 to 11 and substitute:

AB722-ASA1-AA2,1,3 " Section 1m. 15.917 of the statutes is created to read:

AB722-ASA1-AA2,1,12 15.917 Same; councils. (1) Environmental science council. There is created in the University of Wisconsin System an environmental science council. The council shall consist of 9 members who are nonpartisan and who have demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following: the engineering sciences, economic sciences, biological sciences, physical sciences, human medical sciences or statistical or risk assessment sciences. The president of the University of Wisconsin System shall designate one member as chairperson and one member as vice chairperson. The members shall be appointed by the president of the University of Wisconsin System for 3-year terms.".
