SB136-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 1: substitute "retexturing" for "repaving".

SB136-SA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 3: delete "repave" and substitute "retexture".

SB136-SA1,1,5 3. Page 1, line 5: delete the material beginning with "6" and ending with "subsection" on line 6 and substitute: "May 31, 1996".

SB136-SA1,1,7 4. Page 1, line 6: delete "eliminating" and substitute: "reducing noise caused by".

SB136-SA1,1,8 5. Page 1, line 8: substitute "retexturing" for "repaving".
