SENATE AMENDMENT 1, To 1995 SENATE BILL 40

SB40-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB40-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "Section 1." and substitute:

SB40-SA1,1,4 " Section 1e. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table

SB40-SA1, s. 1g Section 1g. 20.245 (2) (g) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB40-SA1,2,2 20.245 (2) (g) Admissions, sales and other receipts. The amounts in the schedule for the operation and maintenance of historic sites, including state-owned housing at such sites. All moneys received from admissions, sales and other receipts generated by each historic site, including rentals of state-owned housing, to be used for the operation and maintenance of historic sites, including state-owned housing at such sites shall be credited to this appropriation account.

SB40-SA1,2,6 " Section 2m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication, except as follows:

SB40-SA1,2,8 (1) The treatment of section 20.245 (2) (g) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 1995.".
