SB40-SA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

SB40-SA2,1,4 (1) Historic sites admission fees.

SB40-SA2,1,10 (a) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the historical society under section 20.245 (2) (bd) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1993 and 1995, the dollar amount is decreased by $13,000 for fiscal year 1994-95 to reduce funding to reflect eliminating the specific schedule of fees for admission to historic sites and the prohibition on group child admission fees.

SB40-SA2,1,16 (b) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the historical society under section 20.245 (2) (be) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1993 and 1995, the dollar amount is decreased by $15,200 for fiscal year 1994-95 to reduce funding to reflect eliminating the specific schedule of fees for admission to historic sites and the prohibition on group child admission fees.

SB40-SA2,2,5 (c) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the historical society under section 20.245 (2) (bf) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1993 and 1995, the dollar amount is decreased by $26,700 for fiscal year 1994-95 to reduce funding to reflect eliminating the specific schedule of fees for admission to historic sites and the prohibition on group child admission fees.

SB40-SA2,2,11 (d) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the historical society under section 20.245 (2) (bg) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1993 and 1995, the dollar amount is decreased by $25,000 for fiscal year 1994-95 to reduce funding to reflect eliminating the specific schedule of fees for admission to historic sites and the prohibition on group child admission fees.

SB40-SA2,2,16 (e) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the historical society under section 20.245 (2) (bh) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1993 and 1995, the dollar amount is decreased by $7,700 for fiscal year 1994-95 to reduce funding to reflect eliminating the specific schedule of fees for admission to historic sites and the prohibition on group child admission fees.

SB40-SA2,2,21 (f) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the historical society under section 20.245 (2) (bi) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1993 and 1995, the dollar amount is decreased by $122,400 for fiscal year 1994-95 to reduce funding to reflect eliminating the specific schedule of fees for admission to historic sites and the prohibition on group child admission fees.

SB40-SA2,3,6 (g) Notwithstanding section 20.001 (3) (c) of the statutes, on June 30, 1995, there shall lapse to the general fund from the appropriation account to the historical society under section 20.245 (2) (g) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1993 and 1995, an amount equal to the difference, if any, between any appropriation change specified in paragraphs (a) to (f) and the unencumbered balance on the effective date of this paragraph for the applicable appropriation account specified in paragraphs (a) to (f). This paragraph only applies to any appropriation change specified in paragraphs (a) to (f) for which the unencumbered balance on the effective date of this paragraph for the applicable appropriation account is insufficient to make the appropriation change specified in paragraphs (a) to (f).".
