AB541-AA1-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the amendment as follows:

AB541-AA1-AA3,1,4 1. Page 1, line 8: delete lines 8 and 9 and substitute "committing an act of domestic abuse, as defined in s. 968.075 (1) (a), and that act of domestic abuse constituted the commission of a crime.

AB541-AA1-AA3,1,6 (c) The person was convicted of the crime for which he or she was arrested under par. (b).".".

AB541-AA1-AA3,1,7 2. Page 1, line 13: after "(b)" insert "and (c)".

AB541-AA1-AA3,1,9 3. Page 2, line 2: delete that line and substitute "and convicted of committing a previous act of domestic abuse that constituted a crime.".".
