AJR84-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the joint resolution as follows:

AJR84-AA1,1,6 1. Page 2, line 4: after "house" insert ", except that the report may not contain a topic that was not included in the position of at least one of the houses as reflected by the bill, as engrossed by the first house, and the bill, as concurred in and amended by the 2nd house or as nonconcurred in by the 2nd house, except if the topic addresses an emergency situation".
