AB876-AA1-AA2,1,3 2. Page 1, line 10: delete lines 10 and 11 and substitute:

AB876-AA1-AA2,1,5 "(b) In consultation with the life and disability advisory council established by the commissioner, the commissioner shall by rule develop".
