SB287-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB287-SA1,1,5 1. Page 3, line 4: after "sub. (6m)." insert "The total cost of a nursing home's services per patient with brain injury, as defined by the department, or cost per patient day for a patient with brain injury may not be included as a basis for funding under this paragraph.".

SB287-SA1,1,6 2. Page 3, line 9: delete "$1,558,000" and substitute "$1,691,700".

SB287-SA1,1,7 3. Page 3, line 10: delete "$1,558,000" and substitute "$1,701,800".
