AB493-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB493-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2 and substitute:
AB493-AA1,1,3 3" Section 1. 59.69 (2) (bm) of the statutes is amended to read:".
AB493-AA1,1,4 42. Page 2, line 3: delete "(intro.)".
AB493-AA1,1,9 53. Page 2, line 11: delete that line and substitute "not condition or withhold
6approval of a conditional use permit under this section based upon the property
7owner entering into a contract, or discontinuing, modifying, extending, or renewing
8any existing contract, with a 3rd party under which the 3rd party is engaging in a
9lawful use of the property.
".
