AB589-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB589-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: delete "every school year" and substitute "the 2006-07 to 2011-12 school years".

AB589-AA1,1,8 2. Page 2, line 9: after "information." insert "At the beginning of the 2012 school year and each school year thereafter, each school board and the governing body of each private school and each charter school shall provide the parents and guardians of pupils enrolled in grade 6 in the school district or school with the information.".
