AB494-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB494-AA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 3: delete "located." and substitute "located, except that if no resident of a county other than the county in which the 1st class city is primarily located submits his or her name for consideration for appointment under s. 38.10 (2) (d) 2., this requirement does not apply.".
