AB18-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB18-AA1,1,3 21. Page 3, line 15: delete "shall be" and substitute "may be claimed in
3proportion to the ownership interests of the partners or members or".

AB18-AA1,1,9 42. Page 3, line 18: after " claimed." insert "For a partnership or limited liability
5company that places property in service after June 29, 2008, and before January 1,
62009, the credit attributable to such property may be allocated, at the election of the
7partnership or limited liability company, to partners or members for a taxable year
8of the partnership or limited liability company that ends after June 29, 2008, and
9before January 1, 2010.".
