TO SENATE BILL 6

SB6-SA9,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB6-SA9,1,3 21. Page 19, line 17: after "Wisconsin." insert "In developing and implementing
3programs under this section, the board shall have the following goals:
SB6-SA9,1,6 4(1) That not less than 50 percent of those programs are directed to, and not less
5than 50 percent of all grants, loans, or other incentives are awarded to, small
6businesses.
SB6-SA9,1,9 7(2) That not less than 5 percent of those programs are directed to, and not less
8than 5 percent of all grants, loans, or other incentives are awarded to, minority
9businesses certified by the department of commerce under s. 560.036.
SB6-SA9,1,12 10(3) That not less than 5 percent of those programs are directed to, and not less
11than 5 percent of all grants, loans, or other incentives are awarded to, woman-owned
12businesses certified by the department of commerce under s. 560.035.

1(4) That not less than 5 percent of those programs are directed to, and not less
2than 5 percent of all grants, loans, or other incentives are awarded to, disabled
3veteran-owned businesses certified by the department of commerce under s.
4560.0335.".
