The Honorable, The Senate:
As a result of clerical error, Representative Reynolds name mistakenly appears as a cosponsor for Senate Bill 3 relating to issuance of metallic mining permits for the mining of sulfide ore bodies.
I ask that this letter be inserted into the Senate record and that Representative Reynolds' name be stricken from the list of cosponsors. Thank you for your attention to this.
Sincerely,
Chuck Chvala
