Enclosed is the 1997 Fourth Quarter Report submitted by the Wisconsin Office of Federal-State Relations. Throughout the fourth quarter, the Office provided updates to Wisconsin State agencies on the Federal appropriations process and worked with House and Senate staff to achieve full funding for many of Wisconsin's unique and innovative programs that receive that receive federal funding.
