The Senate met.
The Senate was called to order by Senator Brian Rude.
The roll was called and the following Senators answered to their names:

Absent - None.

The Senate stood for the prayer which was offered by Father Carson Culver of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Richland Center.
The Senate remained standing and Senator Shibilski led the Senate in the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.

We are also concerned about land and agricultural issues as they relate to community gardens, farmer's markets, and food-related economic development. In addition, we are concerned with health and safety policies which may affect our food pantries and meal programs.
