The Honorable, The Senate:
Yesterday, Senate Bill 36, relating to the creation of Charter Towns, was introduced and referred to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Utilities and Rail. In error, my name was listed as a cosponsor of this legislation. As I am the author of identical legislation, 2007 Senate Bill 17, which was introduced on January 26, 2007, I did not ask to be made a co-sponsor of Senate Bill 36. As such, I would respectively request that the Chief Clerk's office remove my name from the list of co-sponsors and create a corrected copy of the bill reflecting this.
Thank you for your assistance in this request.
Sincerely,
Neal Kedzie
