Except as provided in pars. (a), (h), (i), (j), and (u), all moneys received by the department, other than by the office of credit unions and the division of banking department for banking functions, and 88% of all moneys received by the office of credit unions and the department's division of banking department for banking functions, shall be credited to this appropriation, but any balance at the close of a fiscal year under this appropriation shall lapse to the general fund. Annually, $325,000 of the amounts received under this appropriation account shall be transferred to the appropriation account under s. 20.575 (1) (g).

All moneys received from gifts, grants, bequests, forfeitures under s. 426.203, and from settlements arising from financial services functions, for the purposes for which made or received and all moneys received by the department from financial services functions as fees or other charges for photocopying, microfilm copying, generation of copies of documents from optical disk storage, sales of books and other services provided in carrying out the financial services functions of the department, for the purposes for which the moneys were received or collected.

Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (a), at the end of each fiscal year the unencumbered balance in this appropriation shall revert to the appropriation under s. 20.165 (2) 20.142 (4) (L).

AB163,154 Section 154. 20.292 (1) (gr) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB163,37,11 20.292 (1) (gr) Fire schools; local assistance. The amounts in the schedule for district fire fighter training programs under s. 38.12 (9). All moneys transferred from s. 20.165 (2) 20.142 (4) (L) to this appropriation shall be credited to this appropriation. Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (a), the unencumbered balance on June 30 of each year shall revert to the appropriation under s. 20.165 (2) 20.142 (4) (L).

All moneys transferred from the appropriation account under s. 20.165 (1) 20.142 (3) (jm) for developing, compiling, processing, evaluating, and reporting on the survey required under s. 106.30 (2) and (3) and for awarding grants under s. 106.30 (5) (a).
