8an Internet site operated by another person; blogging; creating, maintaining, or
9hosting an Internet site; payment by a person of a nominal fee for the use of an
10Internet site operated by another person; or any other form of communication
11distributed over the Internet.

13house of the legislature to support a candidate of a political party for legislative office.
AB387-engrossed,21,15 14(21) "National political party committee" means a national committee as
15defined in 2 USC 431 (14).
AB387-engrossed,21,16 16(22) "Negotiable instrument" includes an electronic transfer of funds.
AB387-engrossed,21,18 17(23) "Obligation" means any express agreement to make a disbursement,
18including all of the following:

18(15), (24), (30), (32), and (33) to fill vacancies or to conduct a referendum.
AB387-engrossed,23,20 19(30) "Special primary" means the primary held 4 weeks before the special

6sewerage commissioners, and to express preferences for the person to be the
