Analysis
The proposed rule, Commission docket 1-AC-221, is a revision of ch. PSC 118, which establishes requirements for the creation and use of renewable resource credits created after December 31, 2003, and identifies the responsibilities of a program administrator for the renewable resource credits tracking system pursuant to 2005 Wis. Act 141.
