The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s.
227.15, Stats.
This rule is not subject to s.
227.185. The statement of scope for this rule, published in
Register 637, on
February 1, 2009, was sent to the Legislative Reference Bureau prior to the effective date of
2011 Wis. Act 21.
Analysis
The proposed order revises Chapter
ATCP 75 Appendix, relating to retail food establishments.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
The department will hold public hearings on this rule. Dates for public hearings on October 9, 11, and 12. The department's Division of Food Safety is primarily responsible for this rule.
