Disbursements for public assistance may be made directly from this appropriation including the state and county share under
s. 46.03 (20) (a). Refunds received relating to payments made under
s. 46.03 (20) (a) shall be returned to this appropriation. The receipt of the counties' payments for their share under
s. 46.03 (20) shall be returned to this appropriation.
