All moneys received under s. 23.40 (3) (d) which are designated as related to the cost of authorized environmental consultant services, to pay for those services, and all amounts designated as costs of printing and postage, to pay for those costs.
20.370(3)(dh) (dh) Environmental impact — power projects. From the general fund, all moneys received as environmental impact statement fees under s. 23.40 (3) related to electric power generating projects, for the review of environmental impact requirements under ss. 1.11 and 23.40 for those projects.
20.370(3)(di) (di) Environmental consulting costs — federal power projects. The amounts in the schedule for reviewing and evaluating activities under s. 23.42. All moneys received from fees the department charges under s. 23.42 shall be credited to this appropriation.
20.370(3)(fj) (fj) Environmental quality — laboratory certification. From the general fund, the amounts in the schedule for the purpose of administering and enforcing s. 299.11. All moneys received from fees under s. 299.11 (9) shall be credited to this appropriation. During fiscal year 1984-85, the department may expend and encumber up to the amount specified in the schedule for this appropriation in that fiscal year notwithstanding the actual amount received from fees under s. 299.11 (9). Notwithstanding ss. 16.50 (2), 16.52, 20.002 (11) and 20.903, the department may report a deficit in this appropriation on June 30, 1985, or on June 30, 1986, and this deficit shall be considered an encumbrance on the appropriation under this paragraph for the subsequent fiscal year. The department may not report a deficit in this appropriation at the close of any fiscal year after the 1985-86 fiscal year.
20.370(3)(is) (is) Aquatic invasive species control; voluntary contributions. As a continuing appropriation, all moneys received from the fishing and boating voluntary contributions under ss. 29.564 (2) and 30.52 (3m) (b) to be used for research by the department concerning invasive species that are aquatic species, for grants under s. 23.22 (2) (c) to control invasive species that are aquatic species, and for promotional activities and materials to encourage voluntary contributions under ss. 29.564 and 30.52 (3m).
