1995 WISCONSIN ACT 101

An Act to create 36.25 (36) of the statutes; relating to: the University of Wisconsin-Madison Herbarium.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

101,1 Section 1 . 36.25 (36) of the statutes is created to read:

36.25 (36) Herbarium. The board shall maintain an herbarium at the University of Wisconsin-Madison to be known as the “Wisconsin State Herbarium".
