1995 WISCONSIN ACT 54

An Act to repeal 36.25 (3m) (e); and to amend 13.106 (3) (intro.) and 36.25 (27) of the statutes; relating to: various University of Wisconsin System reports.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

54,1 Section 1 . 13.106 (3) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

13.106 (3) (intro.) The By October 15 of each even-numbered year, the medical college of Wisconsin and the university of Wisconsin-Madison medical school shall submit an annual a report to the governor and to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature for distribution to the legislature under s. 13.172 (2) that provides information on all of the following:

54,2 Section 2 . 36.25 (3m) (e) of the statutes is repealed.

54,3 Section 3 . 36.25 (27) of the statutes is amended to read:

36.25 (27) Integrated agriculture program. The board shall establish an integrated agriculture program and shall report to the joint committee on finance on the progress of the program biennially by November 15.
