An Act relating to: extensions of juvenile dispositional orders.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
76,1 Section 1 . Nonstatutory provisions.
(1) Extensions of juvenile dispositional orders. Notwithstanding section 48.355 (4) (a) of the statutes, as affected by 1995 Wisconsin Act 27, a court assigned to exercise jurisdiction under chapter 48 of the statutes may extend the dispositional order of a child who is subject to a dispositional order on December 31, 1995, as permitted under section 48.355 (4) (a), 1993 stats.
76,2 Section 2 . Effective date.
(1) This act takes effect on January 1, 1996, or on the day after publication, whichever is later.
