19programs. The program under a grant must include alcohol and other drug abuse
20treatment services, parent education, support services for the children of the women
21who are enrolled in the program, vocational assistance and housing assistance. Any
22program funded under this paragraph subsection must also provide follow-up
23aftercare services to each woman and her children for at least 2 years after the date
24on which a woman has left the program.
