AB29-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB29-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: delete lines 4 to 7.

AB29-AA2,1,4 2. Page 1, line 9: after " notarized" insert: ". Neither a general relief agency nor its employes may charge a fee for notarizing an application".

AB29-AA2,1,6 3. Page 2, line 6: delete the material beginning with "Each" and ending with "137.01." on line 8.

AB29-AA2,1,7 4. Page 2, line 13: delete lines 13 to 24 and substitute:

AB29-AA2,1,8 " Section 5m. 706.07 (3) (a) 4m. and 4r. of the statutes are created to read:

AB29-AA2,1,11 706.07 (3) (a) 4m. An employe of a general relief agency who accepts applications for general relief administered under s. 49.02, acting within the scope of his or her employment;

AB29-AA2,1,14 4r. An employe of a county department under s. 46.215, 46.22 or 46.23 who accepts applications for aid to families with dependent children under s. 49.19, acting within the scope of his or her employment;".
