AB557-ASA2-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB557-ASA2-AA5,1,4 1. Page 9, line 17: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $200,000 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $200,000 to decrease funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.

AB557-ASA2-AA5,1,5 2. Page 23, line 3: after that line insert:

AB557-ASA2-AA5,1,6 " Section 51m. 84.013 (2) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB557-ASA2-AA5,1,8 84.013 (2) (d) The department shall complete the major highway project authorized in sub. (3) (yd) by January 1, 2000.".

AB557-ASA2-AA5,1,11 3. Page 25, line 18: increase the underscored dollar amount by $32,906,700 to increase revenue obligation limits for the acceleration of the major highway project under s. 84.013 (3) (yd).

AB557-ASA2-AA5,2,2 4. Page 25, line 20: increase both underscored dollar amounts by $32,906,700 to increase revenue obligation limits and authorize use of the increased revenue obligation limits for the acceleration of the major highway project under s. 84.013 (3) (yd).
