AB6-AA9,1,2 1. Page 1, line 6: after that line insert:

AB6-AA9,1,3 " Section 2. 121.91 (4) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB6-AA9,1,9 121.91 (4) (d) If in any school year a school district's general fund divided by its membership is lower than that of 90% of all school districts, the limit applicable to the school district's revenue under sub. (2m) in the following school year is an amount equal to the limit under sub. (2m) for the previous school year of the school district for which the amount determined by dividing the general fund by the membership was the highest of all school districts.

AB6-AA9, s. 3 Section 3. Initial applicability.

AB6-AA9,1,12 (1) The treatment of section 121.91 (4) (d) of the statutes first applies to the calculation of a school district's revenue limit in the 1995-96 school year.".
