(1) (cg) Notwithstanding s. 111.322, it is not employment
5discrimination because of conviction record to refuse to employ, or to bar or terminate
6from employment, any individual who has been convicted of any misdemeanor or
7other offense that carries a penalty of less than 9 months in a county jail the
8circumstances of which substantially relate to the circumstances of the particular
9job.".
