SB602-SA2,1,3 " Section 6m. 301.21 (2n) of the statutes is created to read:

SB602-SA2,1,6 301.21 (2n) (a) The department of corrections shall make available to any corrections officer or employe involved in the transfer of prisoners a bullet proof garment upon receipt of a request of that officer or employe.

SB602-SA2,1,9 (b) Any state law enforcement agency involved in the transportation of prisoners is required to equip an officer or inspector with a bullet proof vest upon receipt of a request of that officer or employe.".
