SB615-AA3,1,7 4"(dv) Program director; Milwaukee residency required. The department of
5health and family services may not hire any person to fill a position authorized under
6paragraph (d) whose duties consist of directing the delivery of child welfare services
7in Milwaukee County unless that person is a resident of Milwaukee County.".
