On March 23, 1995, Assembly Bill 244, relating to limiting required funding for protective placements or protective services and mental health services and expanding factors to be considered in making protective placements, was initially referred to the Assembly Committee on Health. Under the authority provided by Assembly Rule 42(3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 244 from the Assembly Committee on Health and rerefer it to the Assembly Committee on Mandates.
Representative Gregg Underheim, chairman of the Assembly Committee on Health, has consented to this rereferral.
