On December 18, 1995, Assembly Bill 748, relating to municipal ordinances regulating the use of immobilization devices to enforce motor vehicle parking restrictions, was referred to the Assembly Committee on Urban and Local Affairs. Pursuant to the authority provided by Assembly Rule 42(3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly 748 from the Assembly Committee on Urban and Local Affairs and rerefer it to the Assembly Committee on Highways and Transportation.
Representative Frank Urban, chairman of the Assembly Committee on Urban and Local Affairs, has consented to this referral.
