On February 26, 1996, Senate Bill 76, relating to changes in the laws regulating fireworks and granting rule-making authority, was referred to the Joint Committee on Finance. Pursuant to the authority provided by Assembly Rule 45(1), I hereby withdraw Senate Bill 76 from the Joint Finance Committee and rerefer it to the Assembly Committee on Rules.

Representative Ben Brancel and Senator Tim Weeden, co-chairs of the Joint Committee on Finance, have consented to this rereferral.
