Today, Assembly Bill 1045, relating to the bonding authority of the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority for economic development activities; loan guarantee programs funded by the Wisconsin Development reserve fund; and the ration or reserve funding to guaranteed outstanding principal for the Wisconsin development reserve fund, and Assembly Bill 1067, relating to transferring the bureau of child support and the office of child care from the department of health and family services to the department of industry, labor and job development, granting rule-making authority and making appropriations, were referred to the Assembly Committee on Rules. Pursuant to the authority provided by Assembly Rule 24(3)(a) and Assembly Rule 42(3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 1045 and Assembly Bill 1067 from the committee on Rules and rerefer those bills to the Joint Committee on Finance.
