A1053 On March 27, 1996, Assembly Bill 1084, relating to one day of rest in 7 for persons employed in the manufacture of butter, cheese or other dairy products from fresh milk or in the distribution of fresh milk or cream, was referred to the Assembly Committee on Agriculture. Pursuant to the authority provided by Assembly Rule 42(3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 1084 from the committee on Agriculture and rerefer that bill to the Assembly Committee on Labor and Employment.
Representative Alvin Ott, chairman of the Assembly Committee on Agriculture, has consented to this rereferral.
