1995 Act 274, the State of Wisconsin Investment Board is to provide an annual report to the Legislature regarding the Board's investment goals, strategies and performance. Section 30(2) of the Act provides for this initial report on July 1.
In response to the requirements of Act 274, this report addresses a wide range of specific topics, including risk management, use of derivatives and our investments in Wisconsin. An Executive Summary highlights key points in the report.
