Relating to Amending a Special Session of the Legislature
I, TOMMY G. THOMPSON, Governor of the State of Wisconsin, pursuant to Article IV, section 11 and Article V, section 4 of the Constitution of Wisconsin do amend Executive Order 255 and require the Legislature to consider and act upon:
Legislation relating to local professional baseball park districts, financing for these districts and sports and entertainment home stadia, and funding for state highway rehabilitation.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Wisconsin to be affixed. Done at the Capitol in the city of Madison this Eleventh day of September in the year one thousand nine hundred and ninety-five.
