The statute requires that this report is due no later than March 1st annually and that it include the number, type and disposition of all determinations made by the Department under ss.109.07(5)(N)(6)(b).
Since January 1, 1996 the Department has received two complaints. One complaint remains under investigation while the other was dismissed by the Department as no violation.
The Department in 1995 received nine complaints, of which the Department dismissed four complaints as no violation and five complaints remain under investigation.
One 1994 complaint remained under investigation at the beginning of 1995. The Department dismissed this complaint as no violation during 1995.
One 1992 complaint remained active within the department at the beginning of 1995. The complainant had appealed the Department's initial determination in this complaint. In 1995, the Department reaffirmed its initial determination and referred the complaint to the Attorney General to be considered for litigation.
