SB637,34,2 (b) As a basis for printing of the Laws of Wisconsin, the department shall, before advertising for bids and after consultation with the chief of the legislative reference bureau, establish base prices for 2-year periods and establish specifications subject to approval by the chief for 2-year time periods determined by the department, subject to approval by the chief.

SB637, s. 85 Section 85. 35.56 (5) of the statutes is amended to read:
