1997 WISCONSIN ACT 85

An Act to amend 38.14 (2) (d) 1. of the statutes; relating to: leasing technical college facilities to others.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

85,1 Section 1 . 38.14 (2) (d) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

38.14 (2) (d) 1. Lease facilities to others for school purposes. The district board may not enter into a lease under this subdivision after June 30, 1991 1999.
