AB463-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB463-SA4,1,2 1. Page 15, line 21: delete "the provisions".

AB463-SA4,1,3 2. Page 15, line 22: delete lines 22 to 25.

AB463-SA4,1,4 3. Page 16, line 1: delete "permissible and that".

AB463-SA4,1,5 4. Page 17, line 10: delete lines 10 to 12 and substitute:

AB463-SA4,1,6 " Section 20g. 48.02 (19) of the statutes is created to read:

AB463-SA4,1,9 48.02 (19) "Unborn child" means an unborn human who is at that stage of fetal development when there is a reasonable likelihood of sustained survival outside the womb, with or without artificial support.".

AB463-SA4,1,10 5. Page 54, line 25: delete that line and substitute:

AB463-SA4,2,2 "(a) The estimated gestational age of the unborn child and a statement that the unborn child is at that stage of fetal development when there is a reasonable likelihood of sustained survival outside the womb, with or without artificial support.".

AB463-SA4,2,3 6. Page 134, line 4: delete lines 4 to 9.
