65. Page 3, line 3: after "fair." insert "Only a person designated by the county
7fair or by the county fair's lessee may issue a hand stamp or wristband under this
8subd. 1. a. The designated person may issue a hand stamp or wristband only after
9inspecting the person's proof of age and verifying that the person has attained the
10legal drinking age. The designated person shall have attained the legal drinking age.
11Between the hours of 6 p.m. Friday and closing hours Sunday, the designated person
1shall be a law enforcement officer, as defined in s. 165.85 (2) (c), or a private security
2person who holds a license or permit issued under s. 440.26, and shall wear his or
3her official uniform.".
